Life can sometimes be tough and challenging, but for Joan Lascorz, a Spanish man who lost control over his lower limbs after a motorbike accident in 2002 in Italy, it turned out to be a turning point in his life.
After the tragedy, Joan decided to focus on the positive aspects of his life and continued to enjoy his other interests besides racing.

Although Joan has to rely on a wheelchair now, he has found a loyal and loving companion in an unlikely animal – a cheetah. Joan raised the feline from an early age, and they have formed a long-lasting bond over the years. Despite the cheetah’s enormous size, the animal behaves like any other pet and likes to follow Joan everywhere in the house.
