Starsky, along with his buddy Hutch, went missing from their home in Fauquier County, Virginia, seven years ago. Their owner was left devastated and spent years searching for them. But recently, the Spotsylvania Animal Shelter in Virginia received a surprise visitor – a little dog found on the street who was brought in by a Good Samaritan.
Luckily, Starsky was microchipped, and the shelter staff were able to trace his owner. They made the call and were overjoyed to hear that they had found one of the missing dogs. In an emotional reunion, Starsky was reunited with his owner, and there were “many happy tears” shed by all.
