Fawns are adorable animals that have captured the hearts of many. However, they can also be vulnerable to different dangers, such as cars on the road. That’s why Steve Knoop’s actions in May 2014 were so important. He and his friend Paul saved a newborn fawn lying in the middle of the road in front of its mom.
In the video, Steve noticed the fawn’s legs spread out in all directions, with its head on the road. He exclaimed, “It’s breathing,” with relief. The fawn was only a few months old, as evidenced by the white dots on its fur.

But when they’re in the middle of the road, like in this situation, it’s appropriate to help them cross the direction they intended to go.

In the video, Paul stepped in and carefully picked up the fawn, making sure not to harm it. He walked it to the forest where its mom was waiting, and they were reunited.
