“We expected a short hospice time with him, and even a few days in comfort would be worth it to me,” Chrissy shared. “Instead, he has given me 13 months and going strong!”
Seymour didn’t just survive—he thrived. He went from being unloved and abandoned to becoming a cherished member of Chrissy’s family.

Seymour’s transformation was remarkable. Once frightened and neglected, he blossomed into a loving and loyal companion. He quickly won the hearts of those around him, proving that even the most overlooked animals deserve a second chance.
“Seymour is the best there ever was,” Chrissy said. “His heart is so kind. He is everyone’s best friend.”
More than a year has passed since Chrissy rescued Seymour, and every day, she is grateful for the decision she made that fateful day.
“I was there just at the right moment, and our hearts were absolutely meant to be,” she said.
